Christians crushed the Inquisition, Moslems endorse the Jihad

Jesus and Muhammad

Jesus did not create the Inquisition.  Mohammad did create the Jihad.  The Christ and the Prophet are opposites.  Jesus taught peace, love, and brotherhood, while Mohammad taught conquest, oppression, and vengeance.

Jesus’ teachings were 100% the peaceful worship of God and loving thy neighbor, while Mohammad’s teachings were warped, not by others, but by himself to make Islam a religion of war and vengeance.  Where it was Christians who destroyed the Inquisition in the 1600s, Moslems have embraced the Jihad since its inception.  Leftist belief that it is “moderate Muslims” who must confront and eliminate Jihadi Mujahideen (Holy warriors waging Holy war) are fooling themselves via their ignorance of Islam as taught by Mohammad.

Jihad is the foundation of Islam and does not begin with “inner struggle.”  Mohammad waged Jihad against the tribal leaders of Mecca when they refused to acknowledge him as the spiritual leader of the city.  The Left is all about moral equivalencies and confustication of the truth by claiming that Jihadi terrorists are a tiny minority who are “radicals” and “extremists” not supported by the majority when they are, in fact, fundamentalists following the teachings of Mohammad.  Mohammad waged Jihad on Mecca and on people of Medina who spoke out against him and his violent teachings, not because they persecuted him, but because they refused to bow to him.

When Christians of the Right denounce Islamic Jihad, the Left condemns Christianity on the basis of the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, the KKK, and the Nazis as if they were based on Christian principles and philosophy.  The fact that the Crusades were the result of Turkish Jihadis slaughtering Christians of the Byzantine Empire is lost on the Left.  That the Inquisition was a violation of Christ, actually coming about due to Spanish being corrupted by their Moslem conquerors, is ignored.

That Islamists were even more eager to ally with the Nazis in WWII than when they allied with Germany in WWI means nothing to their limited understanding.  They believe in “moderate” Muslims who talk of peace, yet fail to understand that the majority of Moslems support Jihad because it is fundamental to their religion.  The Left has no understanding that the three stages of Jihad as taught by Mohammad are being fulfilled by the Moslem majority.

Conservatives point out that Germany in the 1930s which, like all people can be structured as 40% conservative, 40% moderate, and 20% liberal actually elected the most radical liberal element to power.  Because half of moderates lean liberal and half of conservatives lean moderate, Hitler was able to convince the majority of Germans to love and support him.  More accurately, the extreme Left was able to fool the people of the left and center to give them power against the warnings of the Right and Germany was led to bloody war, murder, and ruin.

America today is at a juncture where it can either continue down the road to the left that it chose in 2008 or turn back to the right.  Regardless, the seeds of war have already been sown by Obama and the Democrats who have weakened America while empowering her enemies.  Obama’s Islamic heritage forbids his condemnation of Jihad.  When America’s enemies, the Jihadi Mujahideen, are allowed to create and maintain training camps inside the United States, the people who are ignorant of Jihad, who have been duped by apologists, have made America’s downfall a certainty.

America is the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave, and she needs a leader with the courage who exemplifies that ideal, not one who will appease enemies who are against all for which she stands.  America should not be welcoming Islam into her culture, not convert out of fear, but stand up for righteousness; not saying that Islam is a great religion no different than Christianity.  America should be the nation pressuring Islamic nations to stop subjugating their people, to force governments to stifle and depose Imams who preach Jihad, who preach death to apostates.

Nothing good has ever come of Islam throughout history, and nothing good will ever come of allowing it to propagate in free nations.  People must have the freedom, the right, to choose whom they serve, not be forced!  Those who defend evil as having a righteous motive do not fight for good.  There is nothing righteous about justifying evil.

“Allah is our objective; the Qur’an is the Constitution; the Prophet is our leader; jihad is our way; death for the sake of Allah is our wish.” – Muslim Brotherhood motto

Three stages of Jihad explained (This 20 min video describes Mohammad’s Jihad perfectly!)

Vast majority of Moslems favor the Jihad imposing Sharia Law on the world

What keeps Islam alive

O’Reilly: “I do not believe Mohammad wanted a World War to impose Islam.”

Then you are in denial, Mr. O’Reilly, because that is exactly what Mohammad taught!

For all purposes, the violent murderous acts of the extremists who invoke Allah’s name, seem to be in revenge, for the 70 year old Israeli-Palestinian conflict, among other ‘infidels’ who oppose the strategy, the tactics, and the ideology of Islam.
If Obama is a closet Muslim, and accepts the doctrines of Islam as foundational and directive of his policies, he certainly threw them out the window in his aggressive crippling of the Islamic State radicals.
That the Muslim nations still suffer greatly from the last 150 years of colonialism may be reason enough for the resurgence of ‘jihadi mujahadeen.’ But it fails completely to explain the murderous massacre of 140 children in Pakistan, the Islamic State’s mad slaughter of its own Muslim populations in Iraq and Syria, and the continuing discovery of jihadi sleeper cells even in the United States
So it comes down to a complex, world problem, not being addressed by the aggrieved Muslim populations who, being oppressed by their own leaders and imams, see no distinction between their own situation and that of the terrorists – hence their deafening silence about these violent acts.
There will be a world summit ultimately to discuss the outcomes of this perilous period, and it will have to be brutally frank and honest about ideologies as platforms for unbridled terrorism.

This also doesn’t explain muslims prior to the colonial period. Our country’s first violent encounter with islam was when Jefferson was President and the muslims in Tripoli captured a US flagged ship in international waters and held the passengers and crew hostage. Prior to this one shoukd look at how the muslims conquered the holy land and invaded Europe. They took over Spain and were finally defeated in France. Then Queen Isabella managed to throw them out of Spain. The whole history of islam is one of conquest.

This whole paragraph is literally propaganda. This article is what is commonly known as yellow journalism and is precisely the kind of shit that holds up the scientists, artists, and engineers of the world from actually making progress. You’re nothing but a bigot and a bullshit artist. I rarely see such ludicrous opinions being shared so openly in a day and age where information is so readily available. Stop promoting racism and generalizing an entire religion’s worth of people. There are like 1.5 billion Muslims on this planet. Do you really think that extremists represent the monumental majority? Stop bashing the belief system of a huge chuck of Earth’s population because a bunch of terrorists did what terrorists do, you moron.

If you had the moral compass to understand what I wrote then you could not label it bigotry. But your failure to comprehend I am not damning all Moslems, but that I am damning the religion of Mohammad as no different that a pagan religion like the Viking gods, you would have better comprehension. I point out, perhaps better in other articles, that those who believe in the idea that Mohammad promoted a peaceful religion is false and they are fooling themselves. It’s no different than those who believe Satanism is promoting true freedom. People see what they want rather than what is, and I am condemning them as much as those who understand fully the evil they follow. Ignorance is not bliss, nor is it an excuse. Those who are not condemned are those who follow out of fear, but who would convert if they could. From worldwide polls it can be seen that about 40% fully realize and agree with Jihad, and another 40% are duped into supporting Sharia Law, while only about 20% realize what they are being taught is wrong and would leave except for the threat that holds them frozen in fear.

Christians will not let you live in peace if you move into our neighborhoods to try to force Islam on us and ATTACK US! Moslems from Mohammad to today have made it their modus operandi to inflitrate, instigate, and initiate war. We don’t have to live with those who threaten our liberty or our lives.

I’m not ignoring any history and am well aware of the oppression by Christians of others. That, too, is answered in the actual teachings of Jesus and Mohammad. Who did Jesus say to oppress? Who did Mohammad say to oppress? Both are answered. All men are sinners and becoming a Christian does not mean they will never sin again, only that Jesus will forgive them their sins. There are also those who only say they are Christian as a facade.

In addition, what is oppression to the Left? Taking Ferguson as an example, if they are not free to loot, rape, and murder as they please they are being oppressed. Wikipedia says the USA is 80% Christian, but only half of them attend church, and only half of those profess a personal relationship with Christ. Christians are not perfect, but in a paradigm from wickedness to righteousness, all sin begins on the Left.

Social liberalism in the 21st century based on atheist socialism is not that of the 19th century based on Christian capitalism. “Liberalism is born in ignorance and bred on immorality.”

For Christians today,we should not wrestle with individuals, as in baking a cake for a gay wedding, but we should come to realize that our struggle is with “powers and principalities, with evil and corruption in high places”, as in Washington, DC.

Mohammad said in his first Jihad that it was defensive in retaliation for injuries done to Muslims. While defending yourself is a right, it is not a right to instigate the fight and they cry self-defense any more than it is a right to commit a crime and claim killing a policeman self-defense. No part of Egypt was partitioned to Israel. As far as the Arab nations are concerned, they owe their existence to the British and Americans who fought to destroy the Ottoman Empire and free them. They were repaid by Arabs joining the Nazis for the next war.

Corruption aside, both ancient Rome and modern America do not attack those who do not attack them first, while Islam has a long history of invading all neighbors. The Arab Conquests was not an era of self-defense, nor were the Turkish conquests, nor have modern terrorist attacks been. Mohammad speaking of peace is no different than Hitler speaking of peace and prosperity for Nazi Germany then making Europe burn. Peace must be extended to all as Jesus taught, not imposed on them by Sharia Law which is as brutal as any slave laws. Protection of churches is meaningless when they are burned down by Jihadis and their attendees murdered, the law forbidding them to rebuild, and the penalty of death levied on anyone speaking the Word of Christ to a Moslem or any Moslem who turns to Christ.

This article makes outrageous claims about a huge, broad group of people. How exactly did Muslims “corrupt” the Spanish that were involved in the Inquisition? How can you imply that the Crusades were fought only to defend Byzantines from the Turks and ignore the political motivations that influenced the leadership to fight the Crusades – especially when the Crusaders would eventually turn on their fellow Christians and attack the city of Byzantium themselves! People who know a little about history aren’t going to accept your statements just because you write them down.

#1 Islam is as responsible for advances in science as the Inquisition. As for advances in culture they are more backwards and medieval than any in the 21st century. Their “Golden Age” occurred shortly after conquering Roman territories with their educated populaces, many of whom adopted Islam out of self-preservation. The advances those people made were done before their descendants were subsumed by Islam. https://liberalsbackwardsthink.com/2014/09/29/giving-islam-credit-for-science-is-like-giving-credit-to-the-inquisition/

#2 This is not a treatise on the Crusaders and their political motivations. They were called on to defend the Byzantines against the depredations of the Turks, but did not submit to Byzantine authority. I am fully cognizant of the conflict between the Eastern and Western churches and, again, that is not pertinent to this article which is about the teachings of Christ and how those who do heinous acts in His name are violating His teachings, while those who do likewise in the name of Mohammad are honoring his teachings.

#3 Spain was under Islamic rule for centuries and their influence on Spanish culture is evident even to today with their concentration of power in the hands of those in power, while the rest of the population is only there to serve and provide for the elites. Kinda like what Democrats want in American today while duping voters into believing they are “for the little guy.” (They are for the little guy to be their servants.)

Just for those proponents of the “Crusaders were evil murderers of peaceful Muslims” argument, here is a video depiction of the 1400 years of Jihad against the 200 years of the Crusades. I have included this in the article. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_To-cV94Bo&feature=share

On one hand I really appreciate the author taking the time to write a detailed response to my comment, but on the other hand I am starting to get a little angry. You do realize that the professor lecturing in that Crusades video is a Professor of Mathematics, not History, right? While I am sure that he is very skilled and innovative and knowledgeable in the field of math, that does not give him any special expertise on the history of the Crusades. Watching that pretty much just demonstrated once again that when an expert starts to talk authoritatively about subjects they aren’t an expert on, they can easily start to look just as dumb as anybody else.

If the author of this article studied history and earned a degree somewhere, then he doesn’t get to make misleading statements about the Crusades and then tell me “this not a treatise on the Crusades” like that is some sort of an excuse. Implying that the Crusades started only because of aggression by the Muslim Turks into Asia Minor is misleading because that definitely wasn’t the only reason, maybe not even the main reason. It was probably a reason that Peter the Hermit participated in the First Crusade, but probably not the reason that Richard Lionheart went on the Third Crusade: he probably had a couple other of reasons, some of them a little less noble. While the religious motives to defend Christendom were the ones stated by the Crusaders themselves, their actions very often spoke to other motives.

What upsets me more Dusty is that you ignored Averroes. You went out of your way to address all my other questions, but you won’t answer the one about him. Averroes was not part of a populace living in a country “subsumed by Islam” as you put it, Averroes was Islamic, he was Muslim. He was Muslim and he contributed greatly to scientific advancement. His works on medicine were translated from Arabic to Latin and many decades after his death they began to be distributed widely in Europe at the start of the Renaissance. Claiming that Islamic civilizations have not contributed to the modern world in any way is an outrageous claim because that’s actually a really large group of people who collectively have contributed quite a lot. Did you know that the first person to figure out a way to make glass transparent by removing the green tinge was a tenth century Muslim that lived in present-day Iran? Next time you look through a window ask yourself if you still believe that Muslims never invented anything having to do with chemistry or technology.

I did not dismiss Averroes or any other human being who made contributions to the advancement of civilization. I pointed out that the religion of Islam is more oppressive than the Inquisition which, as most westerners know, denounced science as disagreeable to the dictates of the church. The simple fact of life is that people will prosper despite the oppression they might suffer, and some make meaningful contributions despite those in power who would have it otherwise.

What you ignore is that I pointed out that the best advances to come out of Moslem controlled territories mostly occurred shortly after they were conquered, but before the entire culture could be completely subverted by Islam. What great advances has Islam made in science and culture over the last four centuries? The answer is none because they are stuck in a medieval theology and science is not of Allah. The only reason they study it so hard now is to learn from the West how to destroy the West whose military technology has held them at bay for the past three hundred plus years.

When you point out that the professor in the video is a mathematician, your commit your most grievous sin against humanity. Why would you think that people are incapable of learning more than one thing? That is myopic in the extreme! Because he is a mathematics professor he cannot be an expert on history, too? Because his expertise in history is not as expansive as his expertise in mathematics his history lesson is invalid? That is utter stupidity!

My career has been as a paramedic/firefighter. According to your logic, forty years of studying history is null and void because there are professors who know more than me. The fact is that I know more than most professors and there are only some who may know more facts about a particular subject, but none who can negate my knowledge. No one knows everything, not even experts, and you don’t have to be an accredited expert to have expertise.

If it makes you angry to be told that this belief of yours is stupidity then you should seek help! Declaring that people are incapable of understanding and teaching more than one subject, that they must have perfect knowledge and can only know one thing, is insane, especially after you point out that Crusader kings had more than just one motive on which they acted. It’s like saying someone who is not a certified mechanic is not qualified to change a tire!

I think most of your disagreement results from not seeing the forest for the trees. People tend to focus on only one thing at a time and often get stuck on impertinent details. History is too vast to take anything individually. People do not exist in a vacuum and events do not take place without a catalyst. The modern Islamic Jihadis cannot be divorced from Mohammad, who taught and practiced that same barbarism, to make the claim it is a religion of peace.

Jihad is a ‘war’ with ones own demons and the struggle to remain ‘holy’ and walk a ‘righteous path’ Jihad is an Arabic word from the root Jee Ha Da. It literally means to
struggle or strive. Jihad is struggling or striving in the way or sake of
Allah. Jihad takes a very important status in the doctrine of Islam and is
one of the basic duties for every Muslim.
Though, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the term Holy War. Such
a term, or its equivalent doesn’t exist in the Islamic doctrine. The Christian
Crusaders in the mid-ages invented this ideology of Holy War.
There is nothing “Holy” about wars. Wars only involve killings and disasters!
before one goes and tries to condemn a religion one should first try to understand it. Condemnation based on ignorance and fear is nothing but useless noise !!

This has been repeatedly proven as a modern deflection for the ignorant. Moslems have always waged Jihad against others as their holy obligation to Allah, which is why it is interpreted as “Holy War.” Pretending it is something else is a deception.

Jesse, I’m no coexister but if a religion has proven to be hostile and dangerous to fellow inhabitants of this planet, then I feel it is the obligation of the rest of us to remove that religion from said planet. You aren’t going to agree with that but there will be no peace with militant Islamists still breathing. Yes Holy War is a Christian term is used to convey the source of their hate for infidels, to easily understand what is being waged upon them. BTW, who said there was anything holy about war? It will always be here, so accept it.

Trying to somehow connect things that happened back around the 12th century with the actions of these feral muslims of today is just ridiculous and feeble. I believe their shouting Allahu Akbar ( “God is great” ) purely states what they consider jihad, that is what THEY are calling it.

  19. Hello Dusty,
Your article is well written and mainly accurate. I like the photo used depicting Jesus and Mo’d. However, I just wanted to bring attention to the line “That the Inquisition was a violation of Christ, actually coming about due to Spanish being corrupted by their Moslem conquerors, is ignored.” I’m not sure what you meant by that, but you may want to look here at some of the misconceptions and truths concerning the inquisition and why it was formed. You are learned and enjoy reading, so I’m sure this won’t be wasted on you.

As you know, heretics were traitors that wanted to bring down the Church like the destructive belief system of the Catharists. In response to that, the Inquisition was first instituted by Pope Lucius III in 1184, and began out of a need to provide fair trials for accused heretics using laws of evidence . It was phased out as Catharism disappeared. Fair trials for accused heretics, using laws of evidence, were presided over by knowledgeable judges. From the perspective of SECULAR authorities, heretics were traitors to God and the king and, therefore, deserved death. From the perspective of the CHURCH, however, heretics were lost sheep who had strayed from the flock. As shepherds, the pope and bishops had a duty to bring them back into the fold, just as the Good Shepherd had commanded them. So, while medieval secular leaders were trying to safeguard their kingdoms, the Church was trying to SAVE souls. The Inquisition provided a means for heretics to escape death and return to the community.

Most people accused of heresy by the Inquisition were either acquitted or their sentences suspended. Those found guilty of grave error were allowed to confess their sin, do penance, and be restored to the Body of Christ. The underlying assumption of the Inquisition was that, like lost sheep, heretics had simply strayed. If, however, an inquisitor determined that a particular sheep had purposely left the flock, there was nothing more that could be done. Unrepentant or obstinate heretics were excommunicated and given over to secular authorities. Despite popular myth, the Inquisition did not burn heretics.

It was the secular authorities that held heresy to be a capital offense, not the Church. The simple fact is that the Inquisition saved uncounted thousands of innocent (and even not-so-innocent) people who would otherwise have been roasted by secular lords or mob rule. The Spanish Inquisition, started in 1478, a state institution used to identify conversos—Jews and Moors (Muslims) who pretended to convert to Christianity for purposes of political or social advantage and secretly practiced their own religion. More importantly, its job was also to clear the good names of many people who were falsely accused of being heretics. There were only a few thousand capital sentences carried out for heresy in Spain, and these were over the course of several centuries. Even more interesting, many people preferred to have their cases tried by ecclesiastical courts because the secular courts had even fewer safeguards. In fact, historians have found records of people blaspheming in secular courts so they could have their case transferred to an ecclesiastical court, where they would get a better hearing

The ‘desperados’ enjoy the phony stats to prove the illegitimacy of the Church……always ready and eager to seek and distort her in posting boring old rhetoric. They don’t dig deep, usually don’t follow through with the entire story, but use only portions that the Catholic-hating news media love to sensationalize and beat down on. Truth takes the fun out of it — a little knowledge goes a long way—a truism.

I look forward to more of your articles.

    Regards,
    Cathy

Thank you, Cathy. That was the first excellent argument relating some specifics to contrast to my generalizations. I have had several Moslems try to argue that I am taking Mohammad out of context claiming “Moslems believe in Jesus Christ.” But those claims are easily struck down with Mohammad’s declarations that Jesus was not the Christ, that Moslems believe in Jesus as a man but not as the Son of God.

It’s obvious I have not studied the Inquisition as deeply as you have but have a more general knowledge of the actions of the Medieval Church that violated what Jesus taught. The Schism in 1055, Pope Gregory VII’s declaration that none but members of the Roman Church could go to Heaven, the sack of Constantinople by the 4th Crusade, and the corruption of the church during the Middle Ages that led to the Inquisition and the Protestant Reformation, and Pope Paul VI’s reforms cannot be wholly explained in one of my small articles, let alone in a couple of paragraphs. Though the distinction you point out between secular and religious leaders is of paramount importance, I believe there is great relevance that the Inquisition started in Spain after several hundred years under Islamic rule and conflict with absolutists. Even so, that does not explain away all the actions by certain Popes, Cardinals, Bishops, and priests throughout history, but it does explain how much of the cruelty of the Inquisition would come from the secular leaders that fought the Jihad.

But that is all beyond the scope of one article. I appreciate your bringing a little more truth from history to elaborate on the generalities I presented.

      • Thank you Dusty,

I agree that the sacking of Constantinople by the Venetian-led 4th crusade was disastrous for East-West Christian relations. However, I feel important to keep in mind that the Army, by that time, had ALREADY been excommunicated by the Pope for besieging and capturing the Christian city of Zara in modern-day Croatia, by the Venetians, who claimed the city as their own. The Pope repeatedly warned them not to attack fellow Christians and warned excommunication, but they did it anyway.

The 4th Crusade, which happened about a hundred years later, was quite a separate issue. He warned them repeatedly not to attack fellow Christians, including the Byzantines. I feel it a bit unfair to make the Pope responsible for the actions of people who were disobeying his wishes.

Sadly it is also true that there were Catholic bishops and priests who ECOURAGED the excommunicated crusaders to attack Constantinople. Yet these clerics were NOT acting with permission from the Pope. The bishops even told the excommunicated crusaders, falsely, that they had absolved them of the excommunication. Yet they didn’t have the power to do this, and were acting WITHOUT proper papal authority. I know that you, I and I’m sure the Church is sorrowed that this happened and remorseful for the actions of both ROGUE crusaders and clergy. It is a terribly dark spot on the history of East-West Christian relations. But we also trust in the ultimate victory of the Cross over the Crescent.

Like Israel, medieval Europe was a society of Christian kingdoms that were formally consecrated to Christ. It is quite understandable that these Catholics would read their Bibles and conclude that for the good of their Christian society they, like the Israelites before them, “must purge the evil from the midst of you” (Deut. 13:5, 17:7, 12). Paul repeats this principle in 1 Corinthians 5:13.

Now, in all fairness, these same texts were interpreted similarly by the first Protestants, who also tried to root out and punish those they regarded as heretics. Luther and Calvin both endorsed the right of the state to protect society by purging false religion. In fact, Calvin not only banished from Geneva those who did not share his views, he permitted and ordered others to be executed for “heresy” (e.g. Jacques Gouet, tortured and beheaded in 1547; and Michael Servetus, burned at the stake in 1553).

In England and Ireland, Reformers engaged in their own ruthless inquisitions and executions. Thousands of English and Irish Catholics were put to death—hanged, drawn, and quartered—for refusing to become Protestant. Even greater numbers were forced to leave for safety. The situation was a two-way street; and both sides easily understood the Bible to require the use of penal sanctions to root out false religion from Christian society.

The fact that the Protestant Reformers also created inquisitions to root out those who did not fall into line with their doctrines shows that the existence of an inquisition does not prove that a movement is not of God. Reformers cannot make this claim against Catholics without having it backfire. Protestants in the Colonial America had the notorious Salem Witch Trials. Witch burning never caught on in Catholic countries.

You are correct. This doesn’t cover it all, goes beyond the scope of your article and cannot be completely explained😉 So I leave some sources that you can study at your own time and leisure. What I call ‘the other side of the story’, and there always is one:-)
It may help, and may not. We all strive for more enlightened information, but it takes time.

And, just so, neither does any one side stand in righteousness for we are all of a sinful nature. There is no Christian sect or church I hold that does not have some ‘heresy’ all its own that does not come from Christ, nor membership that does not include some who are ‘Christian in name only’ who commit acts transgressing the teachings of Jesus. Thanks again, Cathy, for bringing some enlightenment to the simple argument presented in this article.

I may have given that impression, which I don’t mean to, but the fact is that there have been a great many people who take up the mantle of Christian leaders who are false, from cultists like Westboro Baptist, to televangelists, and all the way up to Popes. The Catholic Church of the Middle Ages stands guilty of many crimes, but I do not say that those who were in the Catholic Church were not Christian as it was obviously most. And I do not say that it is even most and certainly not all Christians left the Catholic Church to become Protestant to leave the church devoid of Christians.

A study in the Southern Baptist Church came to the conclusion that half of church goers are actually Christians who have accepted Christ as their Savior. The rest are family members, children, and friends who have yet to come to Christ. Then there are those who are just trying to network or infiltrate Christian families for nefarious purposes.

I blame the corruption of the feudal system for the corruption of the church in the Middle Ages. Then there are those who become Christian but then adhere to their wicked ideals to become self-righteous hypocrites. The Protestant Church certainly is not pure as the driven snow as proven by such things as the Salem Witch Trials and other purges. While my own experience with the Catholic Church was a negative one there are others, like my Mom and people like Sean Hannity, for example, who are taught by good Christian priests who come to Christ.

Every denomination has its blessings and its corruptions because we are men trying to interpret God, which is why I don’t adhere to any denominational minutia of what it means to be Christian and what you must believe except to accept Christ as your Savior. As Jesus said, “Beware of False Prophets, you will know them by their fruits,” and the fruits born of each individual always becomes clear to see what they sow and what they reap. It was the evil of certain Popes that gave rise to the Schism and the Inquisition and the Reformation, but it is also the Christian heart of certain Popes that brought about the Reconciliation.

Seems y’all speak of people not being true Christians. It is my belief that if you follow to it’s roots almost all so-called Christian “churches” you will be led back to Constantine, who made the actual beginnings of the “Holy Roman Catholic Church”, infected by pagan practices and “holidays”.
When Christ was walking with the Twelve, he was asked about these others that were following them. He replied that if they were to remain they would. If not, they would depart. The True Church (The Bride of Christ) would not have accepted the pagan traditions imposed to convert the Apollo worshipers of the time.
Coming up to the 20th century, the True Church would not sweep sins against “little children” under a filthy rug as they have, and just transfer “priests” to continue their evil works against children in another parish. It would have been better that a millstone be hung around their necks and dropped into the ocean.
And even the parents of today’s children believe it’s a good thing to LIE to our children about an invented magical fat elf who will bring goodies to those on the “good” list. Our children lose trust in us at an early age and we wonder why.
The “truth” is not found in the minds of our elite, (The world is the center of the universe…..The world is flat……we are the result of millions of years of “wonderful and convenient accidents”. We are able to change our climate……..It is fine for men to poke their sex organs into the waste-disposal centers of other men to achieve pleasure…….and then, of course enter into holy matrimony with them…….And women..Murder that child that feels the comfort of your body surrounding it with love….Oh! I forgot. it’s no more than an inconvenient tumor to you……..) I must admit there is an evolution.. And if evolve any further in that direction we will become EXTINCT.

Mohammad recognized Jesus as a prophet, but rejected Him as the Messiah just as many Jews do. But, because Jesus was a Jew, Mohammad would only adopt only some of Christ’s teachings and apply it to how Moslems should treat fellow Moslems. Most of Christ’s teachings are rejected by Islam. I don’t give Moslems credit for acknowledging Jesus anymore than I condemn Jews for rejecting Him. As for Obama, he has spoken too much against Christianity and for Islam for me to put him in the atheist category.

  22. I suppose you could look at it that way. I think he is more race conscious than anything, and muslims are people of color. He has spoken too much against whites, starting with his own family.

As for Jesus being a jew, muslims will tell you that all prophets in Islam, although the muslim faith hadn’t existed yet, are muslim. Their supposed last prophet Jesus and precursor to final messenger Muhammad, is considered a muslim (i.e., one who submits to the will of God and Seal of the Israelite Prophets) … chapter 3, verses 52-53, his disciples submitted in the faith of islam: muslims [submitting to Him]. Jesus was divinely chosen to preach the message of monotheism and submission to the Children of Israel.

There is some interesting common ground with Christianity, starting with the Annunciation of Mary, up to her Christian tomb at the Mt. of Olives-Valley of Cedron, near Jerusalem. Her assumption is not in any Muslim records, but some contemporary muslim scholars accepted the assumption as being a historical event from Mary’s life. Muslim tradition records a hadith that the only children born without the “touch of Satan,” were Mary and Jesus. They also believe he is still alive, never died. Big discrepancies I know. :-/

“Jihad”, any good work. Maybe supporting widows or orphans. Now taken over by religious fanatics to only pertain to a holy war. Al-Khizr, the Green Prophet is supposed to appear to prepare the war at the end of times. This has to happen before Jesus will reappear to save god’s faithful. Yeah, that’s right, Jesus. The Jihad is the Holy War to bring the Apocalypse. See we aren’t even playing the same game. Look up Al Khidr, The Green Man.

Last I checked muslims might actually hate gays more than you bigoted ass christians. Go read a fucking book that’s not called “the bible” sometime. Fuck, go read a current events section in a few news papers, maybe you can elevate yourself from your kindergarten mental capacity.

Robert Joe Cunningham The 14th Amendment was the most self-destructive thing Republicans have ever done. All people may be created equal, but they do not behave equally. By making our voting system democratic they gave the right to vote to people who vote against the best interests of America.

As for treachery, Christians work to improve this nation, while Moslems work to destroy it. Promoting Islam whose laws are contrary to the Constitution is a greater stupidity than anything Republicans have botched.

Your disrespect is fucking filth. Your knowledge of history is evidence of how stupid you are. The right wingers who are dumb enough to believe these lies are the problem. THE NAVY IS NOT CHARGING ANYONE. Carson is a POS PROFITEERING off soldiers deaths. Navy spokesman Lieutenant Junior Grade Johnny Michael told Politifact, “I can tell you definitively it’s not true. [Prosecution] is not in the works. We have no plans to press charges.”

On their Facebook, the U.S. Navy vehemently denied the claims that they were prosecuting Lt. Cmdr Timothy White, responding to many inquires:

“[Name of Facebook user], stories of Navy personnel being charged with an offense are not true. There is still a long way to go in reviewing the facts of this tragic incident, but at this time we can confirm no service member has been charged with an offense.”

Michael Cunningham You are a complete ignoramus. Try opening a history book instead of listening to MSNBC like a zombie.

  26. We Are All The Children Of Israel! Believe it, or not. I know that liberals do not believe the Bible, and I will not waste time by arguing back and forth with anyone, but to just state my facts.
Islam is the most evil cult of witchcraft, against God the creator and his son Jesus. It is also evil witchcraft and crimes against humanity. Jesus did not kill anyone, nor did he encourage it. Early Christianity was never as barbaric and as evil as this Islamic Muslim cult! Moses, and the early prophets loved and respected their wives. Nor was any other tribe of people this filthy and vile. Islam thinks they are the only people that should be living on earth. Islam sacrifices humans to witchcraft by burning, beheading, knifing, shooting. They cut off fingers, toes, feet, or do anything to get you to convert. The more you scream and the louder you scream, the more allah (satan the devil) likes it. They rape and torture women and children, who don’t kneel to them, with their husbands tied up and watching. They then kill them, rape their corpses, then eat their sacrificed corpses. As I said before, no other tribe or culture of people has ever been this evil. These evil witches of black magic, are truly working for satan the devil. This evil tribe who descended from the sons of Ismael (who originally did evil in the sight of God, including beastility, sex with animals, settled in the East) It’s in the old testament.
If the Israelites had obeyed God, way back in Old Testament times, which they often did not, we wouldn’t have Muslims today, because God told them to wipe the Muslims out completely, which clearly shows whose side God is on! For you clueless liberals, who don’t even believe in the Bible, check it out, it’s true!
The children of Israel were too softhearted to do what God told
them to do, and now we all have to contend with them. The sins of the
(fore)fathers are visited upon the sons. We are the children of Israel. This
song tells how it all began. Red, Yellow, Black, White..we are all the children
of Israel. The KJV Bible holds the keys to the past, the present, and the
future. Which is why Satan the devil hates the KJV the most. Song: We are the children of Israel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dqjoAvkf_U4

Unfortunately, for most people it takes years of study to understand all the histories of paganism, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. So what you try to sum up in a couple of paragraphs they will take as hate-mongering elitism. The sins of the corrupted Church that was populated by the dispossessed sons of rich nobles who emulated Islam in the Middle Ages as totalitarians does not help explain the righteousness of Christianity. And the lack of knowing that the Arabs are the descendants of people who were banished to the deserts because they committed high crimes and would not live cooperatively and peacefully in societies leaves them not understanding how Islam can preach peace but also preach murder, slavery, and oppression. They only know what little propagandists spew like Hillary land Obama saying Islam is being “high-jacked” and slandered by jihadis, when Jihadism is what Muhammad taught!
