While Sens. Cruz and Paul and Gov. Palin brought conservatives to their feet, the jackasses of liberal media brayed their contempt.  The lofty pundits that qualify themselves as liberal intellectuals did the only thing they know; mock what they do not understand.  In an attempt to smite conservatives with their cacophony of hee-haws to impress low-information voters, the Democrat media pundits sneered at Sarah Palin’s satire.  Speaking on their level so they would understand her, Sarah Palin took to Dr. Seuss’ rhymes;

I do not like these dirty crooks or how they lie and cook the books.
I do not like when Congress steals. I do not like their crony deals.

I do not like reporters’ smug replies when I complain about their lies.
I do not like this kind of hope and we wont take it… nope, nope, nope.”

Being the stubborn mules that they are, liberals who believe themselves to be the most intelligent asses of the Democrat Party strove to bring conservatives down.  But try as they might to make light of the heavy words of America being led into decline by Obama’s democratic socialist policies, only those dedicated to the cause or too limited of intellect are hanging on to Obama’s coattails.  They continue to support their messianic president and his policies that are reducing the American economy and America’s strength in the world as our enemies surge anew.

Have you heard that liberals are compassionate, care about others, and want to help them?  Have you heard that liberals believe in treating everyone equally and fairly in all things without prejudice or bias?  And have you heard that conservatives are heartless old people who have their wealth and don’t care if anyone else does, that they think people should fend for themselves?

[In the battle of Left vs. Right, the propaganda of the Left would have people believe they are for making America great.  In examining the policies of Left and Right, the Left tears down the rich while the Right builds up the poor.]

There is one thing that liberals of the Democrat Party do exceptionally well and that is to lie convincingly by twisting the truth.  Everything they say about themselves and conservatives is true – if you hold up a mirror to them.  The truth of this is found by conducting an examination of the facts with critical thinking to discern the truth in reality.

President Obama says he believes in the American Dream, and says that nobody ever achieved success without help from government.  Yet people realized the American Dream long before the American government came into existence.  If you didn’t learn it in school, which these days you probably did not, the American Dream is not the acquisition of vast wealth as liberals teach.

Liberalism begins with envy and ends with greed.  Liberals believe the wealth acquired by the rich is done, not through personal responsibility and effort, but at the expense of others.  This greed and envy is put on full display in a recent TV commercial made by Chevy in which a teenage babysitter, after seeing the apparent luxury of the family’s minivan, responds to the mother’s payment inquiry by demanding more.

To the liberal’s mind if you have more you should pay more, not because you are getting better quality luxury but because you have more to spend.  As Barack Obama has said, being able to spend more is his measure of wealth, which is why he is spending trillions of taxpayer dollars more than government takes in taxes putting future generations into terminal debt.  In Liberals Backwards Think, liberalism teaches that spending the money you make is how you increase your wealth rather than making money to spend and having enough to save.

Obama says those who make more should pay more in taxes, whereas Dr. Ben Carson quoted God saying everyone tithe 10%.  Imagine if every business charged based on what you make and not on what they provide?  That Starbucks coffee would be $2 for someone who made $20,000 a year, but cost $10 for someone who made $100,000 a year.  If you fully implement Obama’s logic, the person making $100,000 a year can afford and should pay $50 a cup.

Liberalism vs. Americanism

America’s young are no longer being taught the values of working, saving, and how capitalism makes economies strong while socialism tears them down.  Conservative teaches people how to be more industrious, more productive, and more conservative in their spending thereby elevating the poor to increased wealth.  Liberalism teaches people how to be more dependent, more wasteful, and more liberal in their spending demanding more from others who have more thereby tearing down the rich to make everyone more equally poor.

Understanding the difference between bigotry and prejudice is the same as understanding the difference between stupidity and ignorance.  One is common to everyone and can be overcome while the other is a terminal condition and are intertwined.  The fact is that everyone without exception is prejudiced, just as everyone without exception is ignorant, but both can be overcome with a little learning.

Prejudice is pre-judging someone based on what you know about whatever demographic group to which you believe he/she belongs.  Everyone does this, and anyone who says they are not prejudiced is lying.  Likewise, everyone is ignorant since no one can know everything, and just as obviously anyone who claims they are not ignorant is lying.

Bigotry is making a judgment of someone regardless of the facts.  It is believing someone to be what they have demonstrably proven they are not.  The best example of this is Palin Derangement Syndrome, people who believe Gov. Sarah Palin is a moron who thinks she can see Russia from her house.

Likewise, a stupid person can be told the facts, but will either be unable to process them or will reject them in favor of incorrect facts.  The best example of this is in people’s belief that climate change is man-made and that mankind has the power to alter the ecosystem of the planet.  Similarly, because stupidity and bigotry are intertwined, this extends to Palin Derangement Syndrome in believing that what she actually said, that Russia can be seen from Alaska, is not true.

In understanding why people do this, I can draw from an event in college.  There was a young man in my college who was mentally retarded but whose GPA was better than mine.  Because of my high IQ I could read a book, remember most of it, and easily pass the exam.

But this slow learning young man couldn’t remember half of what he read, so he read the book again, and then he read it again, and when he was finished, he read it again.  Where I spent a few minutes studying for a test he would spend hours and hours and his grades were better than mine because I was lazy while he put forth maximum effort.  Others who also had lower grades than him saw this, but it bothered them so much that they would come up with ways to belittle him, to bully him, and to put him down.

I wish I had said something to them about how wrong they were to treat him so, but I didn’t understand myself why they would act like this.  Now I do.  They wanted to bring him down because they recognized that he was a better man than they and they were jealous.

I understand today that is the reason Leftists want to destroy the righteous.  This is the reason today’s liberals hate conservatives.  Like young boys who resent their successful fathers whom they want to be like but don’t know how, so they turn instead from trying to build themselves up to trying to tear him down.  Rather than respecting him and themselves, they despise themselves and therefore him because his higher station diminishes their own self-esteem.

This all falls into the choice in life between choosing God or choosing oneself.  A person either cares about others and is considerate of them or they care only about themselves and gives little or no consideration to others.  They are either honest or they lie, and those who will deliberately lie to others will lie to themselves.

From making excuses to exaggerating to covering up to deceiving others, all are part of immorality and immaturity, and these are what people must overcome to be adults.   The immature desire to control others comes from a desire to be better than them and can only be achieved either by force or by deceiving others so they will follow.  This is the heart of the Leftist and why they resent those of the Right.  It is bigotry born of jealousy fostered from ignorance of how to be a better person.

To make life worse, there are those who use propaganda to paint the righteous as bigots and bigots as righteous.  Wading through the murk to find the truth is a never ending chore worthy of Sisyphus.  As they say, Satan is the Father of Lies and does not come to you a horned beast, but as everything you ever desired.

Over the last century, Democrats have labored to drive a wedge between those who achieve and those who fail in order to win the vote of the masses to give them the power to steal from the rich.  They have always relied on ignorant immigrants supporting them in elections with promises of jobs and prosperity in return for their votes.  Once in power they initiate programs designed to take from the rich which, rather than make anything better, makes things worse.

Democrats never have to deliver on their promise because all these programs do is take money from the achievers and put it in their own pockets.  They initiate programs which they say will give their voters prosperity, but then they blame Republicans for the people’s continued poverty and tell them they need to do more, to take more in order to solve the problem.  The problem with this is that the more money they take, the greater the problem becomes, and so long as people can be duped into supporting their ideology of stealing for a living they can keep them in poverty and get their ignorant votes.

Republicans have a tough row to hoe when they are working against the propaganda believed by simpletons.  Their philosophy of letting the rich keep their money echoes hollowly in the ears of the poor who have no understanding of how to run a business.  None of them understands how money is invested to make business work, how profits are used to make business grow, and how that will create more jobs for more people to make a living.  Instead, they are told the wealthy horde their riches, stealing the people’s labor and leaving them destitute and starving.

Liberals will never tell their followers that if they want to be wealthy then they should put forth the effort to work harder.  Those who make fortunes in business don’t do so why working 9-5 shoveling dirt five days a week.  They spend 60-80 hours a week devoted to their business, climbing the corporate ladder, or making a business successful.  Employees who believe they are entitled to as much pay as the boss are generally too lazy to put in the effort to be the boss.

Liberals love losers because they want to be seen as compassionate and caring.  They would rather give a man a fish so they can be seen by others to be generous rather than teach him to fish to he can be self-sufficient without their charity.

Rather than say something uplifting like, “Your brother is proud of you,” this woman pressed down on Bode Miller until he collapsed in grief so she could share his pain and then show how compassionate she is that she cares – “I feel your pain.”  Liberals don’t care about others, they care about making themselves look compassionate.

This is how the Left controls and manipulates people through their phony sympathy.  Leftists are all about generating greed and envy and the desire to tear down those who achieve, while the Right is all about responsibility and effort to make one’s life better.  Either life can be lived as the dupe of those who desire wealth and power at the expense of others, or working to achieve wealth despite the use of power by others to stop you.

Democrats blame Republicans for “keeping the little guy down,” when the truth is it has always been Democrats who want to keep little guys down so they can pander to them for their vote.  Southern Democrats were slave holders and Northern Democrats were Robber Baron industrialists.  It was Republicans like Abraham Lincoln who fought to abolish slavery and Theodore Roosevelt who fought to abolish monopolies that made life better for the working man.  Republicans give the little guy the opportunity to rise, but he has to be willing to make the effort.  Otherwise, they live small lives lifting Democrat masters on their shoulders and cheer when those who rise up are brought down.
