IRS Commissioner Koskinen exemplifies the contempt that Obama and his regime have for the Constitution and America as he sh*ts on the investigating committee and Democrats rush down to lick his *ss.
Evil is not corrupt in and of itself. Evil corrupts Good. The American government as created by the Constitution is for the establishment of liberty and the good of all Americans. But evil people with greedy hearts will infiltrate institutions with the intention of corrupting them to do evil. Where good is acting in the best interests of all people, evil is acting in the interests of oneself at the expense of others.

The Democrat Party is controlled by the far Left socialist liberals who believe America is the evil in the world that must be brought down. They believe in achieving this objective through any means necessary, including deceiving the public to believe they are working to benefit the people, and blaming the Republicans for the disasters Democrat policies create. Obama and his attorney general, Holder, are charged with upholding America’s laws and the Constitution, but instead trash them at every opportunity.
How Obama is trashing the Constitution
The GOP is supposed to represent the ideology of the Founders, but it is currently controlled by moderates who do not believe in the basic values of Republicanism. They are interested only in having their turn at the reins of power in order to profit as the Democrats do from taxation and crony government policies. The TEA Party came into being because of the lawless deficit spending of liberal Democrats and the ineffectualness of the moderates running the GOP to terminate their actions. As Obama deconstructs America and destroys the American Dream, with the aid of his attorney general ignoring laws, the GOP leadership lies down for them. For the “Weeper-of-the-House,” Boehner (R-OH), to take them to court rather than impeaching them is purely the impotent actions of a leader who is so pathetic that even a weak dictator like Obama can rule as he wills.

On O’Reilly’s “The Factor” Tuesday, June 24, 2014, Dr. Charles Krauthammer finally came to and admitted the conclusion that Rush Limbaugh expressed before Obama was even elected. The destruction being caused by Obama’s policies are not because Obama is just incompetent and inexperienced at leadership, not because the country is too big for him to control, not because there is opposition to his instituting them. Obama’s express purpose is to deconstruct America because he identifies with the ideologies of Islamism and socialism which he believes are superior to America which he sees as the world’s greatest evil.

The contempt with which members of the Obama regime hold Americans and American law is clearly expressed by the IRS commissioner sh*tting on congressional investigators into IRS corruption. An exchange between Republican Rep. Trey Gowdy and IRS Commissioner Koskinen exemplifies that contempt:
GOWDY: You have already said multiple times today that there was no evidence that you found of any criminal wrongdoing. I want you to tell me what criminal statutes you’ve evaluated.
KOSKINEN: I have not looked at any.
GOWDY: Well, how would you know what elements of the crime existed? You don’t even know what statutes are in play. I’m gonna ask you again: What statutes have you evaluated?
KOSKINEN: Ahhh, I think you can rely on common sense that nothing I have seen —
GOWDY: Common sense? Instead of the criminal code, you want to rely on common sense? Now, Mr. Koskinen you can shake your head all you want to. Commissioner, you have said today that there’s no evidence of criminal wrong doing, and I’m asking you what criminal statutes you have reviewed to reach that conclusion.
KOSKINEN: I reviewed no criminal statute.
RUSH: (translating Koskinen’s words and snarky tone) “Because I’m from the Obama administration, and the law is what we say it is. The law is what we think it is. I don’t care what the statute says, Gowdy! It doesn’t matter. The statute doesn’t apply. Don’t you understand? This is the Obama administration, and I’m the commissioner of the IRS, and we’re not bound by the law. Have you not been paying any attention? Have you noticed all the waivers to Obamacare? We’re breaking the law every day, and there nothing you can do about it! (Raspberry!)”
That’s Koskinen. That’s exactly what he’s saying; that’s exactly who he is. “The law doesn’t matter to us! Can’t you look around, Gowdy? Can’t you see? We’re breaking the law every day, getting away with it every day. I don’t have to know what the law is ‘cause there isn’t any law!
“We are the Obama administration, and I demand that you stop this. You can’t stop us; there’s nothing you can do to stop us.” It is clear that there’s no respect for this committee, no respect for the law, no respect whatsoever. This is a statist mentality.
