Obama blames Republicans over ObamaCare and Rush Limbaugh bitch slaps him

April 1, 2014, Obama made April Fools of Republicans

Obama: “I gotta admit I don’t get it.  Why are folks working so hard for people not to have health insurance?”

Rush: “Mr. President, you’re the only guy that’s canceling people’s health insurance.  You’re the only guy making that happen.  Not me.

“There’s not one Republican who’s taken anybody’s health insurance away from ‘em.  There’s not one Republican, nor one conservative who wants to take anybody’s health insurance away from ‘em.  There’s not one conservative or Republican who wants this health care system to worsen.

“You’re the only guy making all that happen, Mr. President.  You, you alone with your party, you are the one seeing to it that people are losing their health insurance.  You are the one that lied to them 23, 24 times over three years that if they like their plan they could keep it, that if they like their doctor they could keep it.

“Millions of Americans have lost their health insurance finding out they couldn’t keep their plan or their doctor, as you promised them they could.  Nobody is taking anybody’s health insurance away from anybody except you, sir.”

Bitch slapping a lying president

Obama spewing lies about ObamaCare and Republicans over health insurance

Although ObamaCare got the support of 100% of Democrats in Congress, it got 0% support from Republicans and has never had majority support by the people.

ObamaCare charts

ObamaCare timeline

2008 – Minnesota senate race.  Al Franken wins a recount for Minnesota senator when hundreds of ballots are “found” in Democrat pollster’s car trunks after he loses.  His victory gives Democrats a Supermajority of sixty votes in the Senate making Republican filibuster impossible.  Republicans may as well not attend as they can do nothing more to stop passage of Democrat legislation besides whine.

2009 – Obama swears that ObamaCare will provide health insurance for forty five million uninsured people and will not affect any other insurance.  He vows that “if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor” and “if you like your insurance, you can keep your insurance – period.”  Obama, Pelosi, and Reid push ObamaCare legislation through before anyone is allowed to read the thousand page bill.  Over the next four years twenty thousand pages of regulations will be added to the new law.

2010 – the CBC, Congressional Budgeting Committee reports that ObamaCare’s first five year projection will be revenue neutral as no services will be provided for the first four years, but taxes will be collected to pay for infrastructure.

2011 – $700 billion is diverted from Medicare into ObamaCare to defray costs.  Obama says he took nothing from Medicare as the surplus is savings from corrupt overcharges that have been eliminated.  Yet the money that was originally designated for Medicare that retired people have paid into for years is being diverted into ObamaCare intended for the uninsured who don’t work.

2012 – ObamaCare loses its mandate in the Supreme Court ruling that government cannot force citizens to purchase services.  But the law is rewritten as a tax that government can collect.  This permits ObamaCare to move forward to collection but leaves it vulnerable to repeal since tax code only requires 51 votes rather than sixty to break a filibuster.

2013 – ObamaCare sign up is launched.  The website, which cost a billion dollars to prepare, (most of which went to Michelle Obama’s family) is a complete debacle.  By comparison, websites like Amazon, EBay, and Facebook went online easily after being produced from people’s garages without a hitch.  More than six million people are dropped from their private insurance and lose their doctors.

2014 – Obama suspends the individual mandate and give his personal permission to insurance companies to violate the law and not send out any more termination notices.  He also violates the law and delays further implementation of mandates, especially the employer mandate which will force employers to drop over a hundred million people from employer provided health insurance until after the 2016 presidential election.

Despite there being no system set up whereby people pay for the ObamaCare they were required to purchase or face a tax fine by the IRS, Obama announces ObamaCare to be a resounding success in signing up five million people, plus another two million who were previously uninsured signed up for Medicaid under its relaxed requirements.  The other forty three million remain uninsured still and application for ObamaCare has been closed for the rest of the year.

Obama now blames Republicans for the failure of ObamaCare to sign more people and denounces them as wanting to take people’s health insurance away from them.  With Obama having already taken away the health insurance of the five million who were forced to turn to ObamaCare so as not to be charged with violating the law, Rush Limbaugh bitch slaps the president for his lies.  Republicans know full well that repeal of ObamaCare would only permit these people to buy the insurance and see the doctor they want once again, but have trouble making it plain that Obama is using the bully pulpit of the presidency to ruthlessly smear conservatives with black lies of malicious deception.
