Despite what liberals claim, President Bush never told a lie to the American people. Their mantra of “Bush lied and people died” over WMDs in Iraq was the lie Democrats created to discredit the war in Iraq that he won, twice, once in deposing Hussein and the second time in defeating the Islamist insurgency. That no WMDs were found is inconsequential as intelligence reports all agreed that Saddam had them. Democrats were the ones who lied in supporting the war they voted against so they would not be on the wrong side of history when President Bush and the Republican Congress ordered the invasion.
But Democrats ended up on the wrong side throughout the war, even to the extent that they openly hoped for America’s defeat in order to discredit Republicans the way Democrats were discredited for the Vietnam War, though they did their best to hang their ill-conceived war on the neck of Republican President Nixon. But Obama’s blatant lies over ObamaCare make Nixon’s lies about Watergate the triviality it was because it cost Americans’ nothing, while ObamaCare is costing American’s their healthcare over the lark that ObamaCare would be better and make healthcare costs cheaper.
The Big Lie of ObamaCare is that Obama said, over and over again, ‘you can keep your insurance and doctor is you like them, period, and that costs will go down.’ With people losing their insurance and costs skyrocketing, Obama now says, “What I really said was…” and his sycophantic liberal media are saying he “misspoke.” The fact is, he didn’t really say that, but liberals will rewrite history for their messiah, and it’s just a matter of how many people are so small minded that they will believe him.
Obama keeps making special deals for businesses, unions, and cronies, in the hopes of keeping the true destruction that ObamaCare will wreak on the people and economy at a minimum until after the 2014 midterms in the hopes of winning the House. Now he is talking about delaying the individual mandate also, just as moderate Republicans wanted, and once he wins the House then he can unleash all the destruction on Americans with impunity. Obama is proving to be everything conservatives have said he is, a Hitler wannabe dealing the Big Lie right out of Hitler’s playbook.
