Young liberal wisdom; a series of unfortunate beliefs is an attempt to enlighten young people about the deceptive practices of adults.  Those who would have them believe lies and propaganda to further their own positions in power start by telling the truth and then twisting the facts into a believable lie.

Volume II – Liberalism destroys

Leftist pundit Alan Colmes wrote two books; “The Left is Right and the Right is Wrong,” and when Obama was elected he wrote “Thank the liberals for saving America.”  Both books are fountains of liberal lies twisting the truth and redefining righteousness.  To debunk everything in these tomes of liberalism that purport to debunk the Right would take a book in itself.  They can more easily be summed up with one sentence;

The Left and Right are not complimentary opposites, but conflicting opposites.  Each contradicts the beliefs and values of the other.  Advocates of both ideologies believe they are the righteous ones, thus where people who do not understand them confuse the two in that they think both are representative of what is right and good in their tenets.  The fact is nothing could be further from the truth.

“You land on an alien world where everyone either always lies or always tells the truth.  You meet Gene and Harlan.  Harlan says they are both liars.  Who is what?”

If you understand the logic that leads to the correct answer, you will understand why Leftists always blame others.  Psychologists call it ‘projection.’  Psychology is the basic comprehension of the human psyche and dysfunctional thought that is the foundational character trait of the Left.

The Left is never right

Leftist’s beliefs are backwards from the beliefs of good sense.  They believe spending money leads to prosperity, and now they say liberating people from their jobs to be parasites dependent on their neighbor’s labor is freedom.  This is just another example of liberal backwards think.

Liberals backwards think

The beginning of wisdom is recognizing that anything a Leftist says, while having a modicum of truth, will be predicated on a lie and is not to be believed as a righteous way of living.  That is why they don’t believe in God, that serving themselves is always the ultimate goal, and those that declare themselves to be righteous are always found to be self-righteous hypocrites undermining the faith of others.

The Left embraces all that is wrong

This is why liberals side with lies over the truth and choose to undermine the righteous.  Their manuals are books like Alinsky’s “Rules of Radicals” which is dedicated to Satan as the first rebel, and Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” as both detail plans on how to overthrow the righteous by deception and mockery of the truth.  All Leftist ideology revolves around benefitting the self while pretending to care about others.

The battle isn’t between opposing forces of how to do good, it is between the Righteous and the Liars, those who work for the good of all against those who work for the good of themselves.  ‘Beware a false prophet (a liar), who is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.   You will know them by their works (the results of their machinations).’  The German people didn’t know Hitler until he revealed his true nature after he made the people fall in love with him and elect him to the highest office in the land.

Part I – conservatism is obsolete

“Conservatism is old people’s obsolete beliefs in traditions that they hide behind to justify their selfish greed to keep people from changing for the better.  Liberalism is caring about others and helping them to make their lives better with progressive ideas.”

These classic definitions of liberalism and conservatism that applied to them were true in the 19th century when the words first came into use; liberalism is those who believe in God and morality while embracing new technology and advances in science, while conservatism was being set in the old ways and not accepting change to these “newfangled contraptions.”  In the 21st century, their meanings are completely different and unrecognizable to anyone who has learned through sixty years of life experience how people think, feel, and act.  What used to be called liberalism is now called “classic liberalism” and is identical to the beliefs of people who are now called modern conservative Christians, while modern liberals who embrace “social justice” is just the newest term for socialism and it’s destruction of wealth though tyranny under the guise of “being fair and just.”

Had I been a wise young man I would have realized that every word of that is a lie.  “If I knew then what I know now,” is an old saying by people who have learned through a lifetime of experience that what they believed, what they were taught by Leftists when they were young, is wrong.

You will find as you live life that old sayings are not old ideas that are obsolete.  They are sign posts made by those who learned to correct path through experience to guide us in what is right.  Beside them are similar signs that are placed by the wicked to mislead.  It is up to the heart of the reader to understand the truth and follow the path of the righteous.

Teenagers always go through the phase where they believe they know it all, but most realize in their twenties that they don’t know nearly as much as they think.  It’s easy to believe you know the answers when you don’t even know the question.  The reason why the most immoral of adults choose teens as their primary prey is because they are the most easily duped because of their naiveté, lack of life experience, and their desire to be adults.

This series is the attempt of a young liberal, myself, who grew up and learned that what he was told in his youth was a pack of lies.  I grew up being honest to a fault and believing in the honesty of others.  As a result I was repeatedly taken for a ride by the likes of Barack Obama, people who spoke reasonably and convincingly making promises they had no intention of keeping, and that I was the naive dupe of deceivers who used me for their own gain.

Having learned about modern conservatism, Christianity, socialism, and liberalism, I also learned from history.  What I found was that the Left often changes the name of its ideology to fool young people into believing that they were something new.  What I learned was that most people are not honest, that most of them will lie, especially to appease their own egos.  I learned that the way of the righteous is narrow and difficult to find and follow.  As the Bible says;

“For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.” – Matthew 7:13

My reason for doing this is simple and found in the simple words of a simple character and greatest hero from the epic work of a great Christian, J.R.R. Tolkien;

Young liberal wisdom; a series of unfortunate beliefs – Introduction

Americans are at war for the heart and soul of the greatest nation in the world.  One faction seeks to empower liberty and the other seeks to nullify it.  If there are two sayings that can sum up the philosophical hearts of the Left and Right they would be:

Left – “He who does not learn from history is doomed to repeat it.”

Right – “If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day.  But if you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.”

Boiled down to their core beliefs and characters the two are opposites that are best described by two simple adjectives; Honest tradesmen and lying thieves.

Today’s Christian conservative believes in capitalism, while the anti-Christian liberal believes in socialism.  In capitalism everyone has an equal opportunity to prosper under the protection of a government that serves the people.  In socialism government is the corrupt dictator that steals from those who have prospered to give to those who serve them.  Capitalism allows everyone to prosper according to their own effort, while socialism enables a few to prosper at the expense of others.

Liberals and conservatives in economic, military, and foreign policy issues are polar opposites.  Economically, liberals believe spending the money you make grows the economy while conservatives believe making money to spend does so.  Militarily in a free society liberals despise soldiers as oppressors and baby killers, while conservatives laud them as protectors and self-sacrificing patriots.  In foreign policy liberals admire and give aide to socialist and Islamist regimes to the detriment of America’s traditional conservative allies.

Not many of the young reach adulthood with a good moral foundation and knowledge of how the world works.  Most are naïve and ignorant, spending a lifetime learning to be morally upright if their parents at least instilled honest, honorable ethics in their character.  Until they learn that so much of what the Left teaches is based on lies and deception, they remain susceptible to making wrong choices until they learn not to be gullible.

Most people do not understand why the economy is failing, why the middle class is deteriorating when they elected a man and a party who say they are for the little guy.  Obama’s followers are so fanatical as to believe he is godlike and can do no wrong.  They see his narcissistic megalomania and arrogance as confident leadership without understanding that Obama knows nothing about how business works, or that he has installed people in his administration who know as little or less than he does.

Democrat socialists believe that the way government helps people is by taking from those who succeed and prosper the most and giving to those who do not.  The righteous see this as stealing from the taxpayer who works hard for his prosperity and giving to freeloaders too lazy to work but act as tax parasites to buy their votes.  So-called “income inequality” is solved by capitalism by building people up by giving everyone equal opportunity, while socialism does so by tearing the most prosperous people down.

7 lies liberals tell young Americans

You cannot rid the world of greed as they are reborn with every generation.  Leftists believe money is the root of evil, but the righteous understand that it is the love of money that is the root of all evil.  Greed is the driving force in humans who care more about themselves than others and that is the defining characteristic of the Left – me first, God last.
