Asking ‘do you believe in global warming’ is a stupid question

For those who say ‘there are no stupid questions,’ this is proof that there are and they are the questions asked by Leftists to disprove the intelligence of the Right.

“Never argue with a fool.  Onlookers may not be able to tell the difference.” – Mark Twain

Liberals believe in global warming, not as a scientific fact, but as a matter of religious faith.  They do not believe in the science of climatology, they believe in the politics of climate change being due to mankind’s use of fossil fuels and the fallacy that carbon dioxide is the cause of global warming.  They utterly disregard climatology that shows variations in solar output coinciding with global temperatures.

Instead, they adhere to the mantra that mankind is changing the climate and making the planet warmer by burning fossil fuels and emitting more carbon dioxide into the atmosphere than before the industrial revolution.  Forget that the planet is normally ten degrees cooler ninety percent of the time and half covered in ice.  Forget that mankind was not emitting massive amounts of carbon dioxide when this warming period, or any previous warming period began.

Liberal’s belief that mankind has the power to change the climate of the planet when they can’t even predict when it will rain is an absurdity of biblical proportions.  Like all things liberal, their positions are based on lies and political manipulation intended to fool the ignorant.  When a liberal asks, “Do you believe in global warming,” the respondent need only counter by pointing out there is nothing to “believe” because global warming is a scientific fact.

The question for the liberal is, what do they believe causes global warming and then their argument can be shredded, but only for the sake of onlookers so they can tell the difference between the fool and the sage.  Leftist are fond of saying, “What if mankind really is doing damage to the planet, shouldn’t we then do something just in case?”  That is when you should offer to sell them meteorite insurance for the cost of their paycheck.  After all, what if a meteor were to strike the Earth and destroy everything they own, isn’t it worth having insurance just in case?
